Our bodies and minds are programmed to resist change. And, did you know the mind naturally gravitates to negative? It's a coping mechanism for survival against perceived threats.
We each have our own thoughts, feelings, and reactions to life's challenges. We will connect current beliefs and feelings to your past to understand your current state of mind.
I will teach you mindfulness to observe your patterns. You will learn cognitive tools to help with negative thought patterns. Behavioral changes will help you create new roles in your relationships. Together, we will work towards a new normal for you.
I have a passion for helping women with anxiety and trauma. Let's break down what doesn't serve you anymore and grow what does.
